Four steps. Zero confusion. Total strategy.
Be the first player to move your pawn to any square on the opposite side of the board. WINNING The first player to reach any square on the opposite edge wins instantly. (1.1)
i. Place board between players. ii. Place pawns in the middle of starting edges. iii. Distribute Walls: 2 Players: 10 walls each (Placed on either sides of the board, and you choose a side.) 4 Players: 5 walls each
On your turn, choose ONE action: Move your pawn, or Place one wall (Walls should cover 2 adjacent squares completely)
Basic Move: i. Move one square forward, backward, left, or right. NO diagonals (unless jumping). ii. You cannot move through walls. iii. When two pawns are adjacent, one can jump over the other. (1.2)
Jumping: If adjacent to a pawn with no wall between, jump over it into the next square. (1.2) Blocked Jump: If a wall blocks the jump, move sideways (diagonal) to the adjacent square. (1.3)
Place walls flat between squares. Walls should cover 2 adjacent squares completely. Critical Rule: You may never fully block a player. A path to the goal must always exist. Strategy Tip: Balance progression with obstruction. Too many walls early can slow you down! Care: Always keep dry, away from heat and water. Small parts (0–3 warning).
